Leading our Architecture and Planning team is Rob Smith BSc (Hons). He is a fully qualified Architectural Technologist with extensive experience in designing new builds and extending residential properties. Rob is an affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT). He has worked on a wide range of residential projects with varying budgets, equipping him with a deep understanding of the build process, technical design, and the critical importance of planning and detailing. He is passionate about incorporating modern construction methods and creating designs that are not only functional and personalized but also visually appealing. Rob provides expert guidance and continuous support throughout the project to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

Nick Smith is our qualified Building Surveyor with over 6 years of experince in the industry. Qualified with a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying, he assists with site surveys, CAD draughting and planning applications. His unique skill set enhances various aspects of how we operate as a business.

Janice Smith is a qualified Computer Aided Design Technician (CAD) and holds a CIM qualification in Marketing and Design. She has 8 years of management experience and specializes in management, conducting measured surveys, creating CAD drawings and overseeing marketing, ensuring that every aspect of the project is well-managed and effectively communicated.
